Amateur Technician License, Oh Yeah!

Tonight marks a major achievement in my journey in UAVs. I took the Amateur Radio License Exam of the Technician Class Rating/Certification. I aced it! 100%.-Steve

I had hoped that Canada would catch up to the states and introduce a technician's class as well, but sadly we are still in the dark ages.

Nice Work Steve! I picked up the ARRL Technician book last week so I can (after I pass) send telemetry on ham frequencies for a few projects coming up.

How did you find a local Amateur tester / group? I'm reasdy to test, but don't know anyone in the North Dallas area who can test me.
