I have tried a different USB cable and tried a different computer. Not sure how to load the drivers other than reloading MP. Is there a installer for t the drivers?
Elvin. Yes, it's in the MP. Just click the "beta" link on the Software screen. It's still in beta, but it's well tested and can be used by regular users now.
When I download Mission planner the drivers load at the same time and they are in the sub directory. But when I connect the USP the com port does not configure. Should I be doing something different to get the drivers to load?

Tony, i am just using a tablet pc. Although i tried it on my desktop still works fine running on windows 8. Double check you com port or and if drivers are installed
Chris / Elvin What computer and operating system are you using.. I have a n HP laptop with windows 7 Home Maybe I need a new computer but not sure that mission planner will work on windows 8. Does any one know?
Elvin, we are releasing it when the GPS cases come in the next week or so. Customers who have 2.6 will have to use the ArduCopter 3.0 software, which allows the user to select the magnetometer orientation easily in the Mission Planner.

Chris any thoughts why my com port is not loading when I plug in the USB port?
