NOTE: Parameter settings was also broken. Next release we will also have 'beta' releases so we can avoid these simple mistakes getting into stable releases, and if you are so inclined, can help us test before release.

2.0.13 improves connectivity with bluetooth devices as well. :-) Thx for all the reports so far on these issues. You can always try the daily builds if you like to experiment see http://firmware.diydrones.com/Tools/APMPlanner/daily/

NOTE: auto tlogging was broken, so we have pushed a minor update to fix the issue. There are some other small changes as well, see the release notes for more info

  • I love the Droneshare support. Awesome.

  • The new features look great, I especially like the "mission elevation display" feature. Great Job!

Does updating to the new apm planner version require me to recalibrate the y6 in anyway (uploading new firmware via usb ect...) or does this function as a mere software upgrade for apm planner? Also i can't seem to remember for the life of, for osx it's the 10.4 driver used to be reinstalled to match the new firmware? (sorry for the simple questions, it's been a long week in a molecular research lab).

Thanks for the great work Bill!

    Thanks, Bill -- looking good!

Can you give an ETA for some other functions that I know are in the queue:

    • Survey planning
    • Saving tlogs and uploading them automatically to Droneshare

    Thanks!

  • Ok, nice and clean looking, love the realtime graphing !!!

Imperial Units are not supported yet.

  • It isn't obvious (to me), but how can we change the default units from meters to feed and the units for speed from meters/second to fps, kph, mph, etc. ?

    TIA,

    Rick
