  • This is fantastic!
  • That was really well done. I certainly have Arduino to thank for getting me into both hardware and (belatedly) software development, as well as UAVs, so I'm thankful of that.
  • I really want to know David Cuartielles opinion about Ardupilot....

In my case, Arduino enabled me to enter a beautifull world of new challenges and rewards....... i have made in one and a half year, a robotic arm, two hexapods, two living room navigating bots, one cnc 3d router, two drones and yesterday i almost finished my new Arduino powered CNC foam wire cutter....

  • This is a very well told story.  It explained a lot for me about how arduino came to be what it is.  Although I use PICs and assembly code, the concept of "non-technoids" creating projects/art/design with arduino is wonderful.  This is a fantastic tribute to open source concepts.

Personally, I see this as a move towards greater civilization.   arduino is an "enabler" tool; it allows those who might otherwise be unable to penetrate the tech world to get into  it and do  wonderful things.

    The future is bright.
