One step closer to a Phantom Vision+ setup, or simply allowing you to use your tablet or smartphone to combine both Droidplanner software and see flight video to line up your gimbal shots more accurately. It means you don't have to carry a separate fpv monitor.

Probably will only encode MJPEG, not h.264 or at least MPEG4. CMOS sensor will be really slow as is in most seccurity IP cameras. Useless, sorry
^ I agree. The latency would probably be horrible, not to mention the crappy camera quality. That ribbon cable would get worn out instantly in high-vibration situations like a copter.
