Here is a summary of our recommendations:

If you already have or plan to purchase a GoPro camera, aren't afraid to do a minimal amount of installation, and want a drone that can follow your outdoor adventures, we recommend the IRIS+.

If you want a drone with a super long flight time that will basically fly itself out of the box with a great camera already installed, we recommend the Phantom 2 Vision+.

It's all about the price. DJI Phantom 2 Vision+ is cheaper but IRIS+ is step-up.

Let us remember about telemetry, apm planner, splines, flight modes... these are some features that a good pilot can take advantage of ...:)
