you can see my self made vacuum former in the picture at the top of the page in the background to the right .there are plenty of articles on how its done on the web . and for the molds i make them in my "done it myself" cnc 3axis router . seen in the background of this picture

I have flown this model twice and have done many flight with its previous alfa model . i will be doing more flights this week and will be sharing the videos i get from it which include an OSD . I have yet to push it to the limits but am very keen to do so in the coming days . i do have some video of the alfa model with 15 second climb-outs to +500 ft
I designed the plane for maximum neutral stability . Hit the throttle and it goes straight , not up or down .

as you can see the main spar is carbon fiber tubes joined by a 6" solid CF piece the wooden box structure simply captures the tube .
more information as it becomes available and thanks for helping show us that
there's more than one way to approach this.
I understand if you dont want to share any of ur electonic specs right now since i guess you are planning to sell this. You mentioned the cost of $150-$200, what all is included in that cost? airframe + servo, motor, esc, battery.. or just the airframe?
