UcanDrone, founded on January 2013, is specialized in the area of UAV and remote airmodelling, in the meaning of design, construction and flight of the airplane models. Working as a team for many years with great experience of applied research in the field of geographic information systems, development of forestry maps and aerial photography, motivated us to deal professionally with the field of UAV's and more specific Civil Applications.
Since the very beginning, our research included several tests of automated flight control systems, until the introduction of Ardupilot first generation. It was very clear for us that there was the beginning of a new philosophy in the design of the automated flight control systems. In this context we wish to inform and get closer to the people, scientists or professionals, who are interested in this field, the CIVIL UAV's technology, which will make easier and enrich artistically their science or their profession as well as their hobby.
We hope, that scientists, students, professionals and of course hobbyists will find a great variety of services and products.

I visited your site but seems completely empty ( no products found whatever the selected category) except the few products in highlights. Is this a temp isuue?

Regarding VAT: Since Council Directive 2006/112/EC of 28 November 2006 on the common system of value added tax, that you find here, we have to VAT our goods for EU and non EU exports. Our e-commerse system automaticaly applies the correct tax from your billing address, at the check out proccess. We are expecting our new batcH from 3DR in about a week.

-Nice catch Wim, Thanks you! We just realized why our eng speaking friends say "its all greek to me" :) Our consultants fixing the translations as we speak! We take legislation issues seriously, but we are makers not writers, We first tried to make a map interpreting the greek legistlation to help our friends and coleages fly and then follow commerce rules.
- Thanks Keeyen. Techpod is an excelent example of foam usage and modular design, thats why we backed Waine and hopefully we will fly soon our TP. Phoreas materials, construction methods and design, was picked carefully for harsh terrain and especialy for mapping. check out the blog post i mention above
I think Techpod is quite similar in performance, i.e 2 hours flight time, downward looking camera mount ect. But this plane is build from composite material which add the value.
If this is a real project then please fill in your terms & conditions.
Common guys, if you want to be taken serieus then make your project look at least a little bit more professional.
That plane looks very nice.
Oh, and please mark your prices without VAT as well please (I pay the Swiss VAT locally).
