"Well I narrowed it down to the APM. I ran cli motors test with esc's plugged directly into the outputs. No matter what motors are plugged in, 1 and 2 fire together.
I don't know where the short is in it but it's nothing I can see.

Turned down stabilize gains...then went for my third flight.
