A thank you post

I just wanted to post a "thank you and well done" to everyone who actively participates on this forum.

I am still a noob but now have my second quad (yes the first one went to meet its maker, but due to hardware failure i might add;o)

Which is flying well with zacc 9.8 +- < 2

Balanced props, wow what a difference..

And happily in stabilized mode. now to start on alt hold.

What several people on here have taught me is go slow, change one thing at a time, and if changing it doesn't fix it, look for a root cause. 99% of the time there is a fundamental problem with your platform and its not a software bug! Remember this is not a plug and play product!

I can only imagine the time and effort people put into this to make it work, as well as all the members who help out when you have daft questions.

Search, Read and Repeat is the best way to find a solution, don't just post the same question over again!

It always seems the way, people are happier to post long messages to moan or criticize so I thought I would take 5 minutes to say, thanks.

To everyone that helps, adds value and generally wants to make this a better platform.

Cheers, Dru.

    Andrew,

Well said! People in general are far too passionate when they have a gripe, and say nary a word when their world is all peaches and cream to coin a phrase. We could benefit from more people like you!

I especially like the phrase 'Search, Read, and Repeat', the wiki should be read like a book...cover to cover. And when your done reading it go out and do some practical application of what you think you've learned, then start all over again!

I can't tell you how many times I've poured over the wiki in search of some new tidbit of knowledge I didn't know I didn't have before and found something!

    Good luck with Quadcopter V2,

    Regards,
