Connect raspberry pi to pixhawk using telemetry radio

Is it possible to connect a raspberry pi by plugging a telemetry radio, that is linked to the telemetry radio on the pixhawk, into the usb port on the raspberry pi to a pixhawk.

You made a $$ noob mistake connecting the 3DR radio power without an antenna ! No longer any good throw it out and buy a new 3DR radio. It is !

On the picture you connect a radio without its antenna! You probably damaged it now. Always put on antenna on before powering them on.

  Ok, but would the idea work without a need of additional software? Also, where do I buy the antennas?
