Control Pixhawk or Ardupilot with Microcontroller

Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to connect a microcontroller like arduino to flight controllers like pixhawk or ardupilot to give the orders, like go up or down, move and stop, takeoff or land and ...

I want to use it for multicopters.

  • yes, no problem, check out Mavlink , which you can load as a library.

    • Thank you, But which flight controller matches better with Arduino Mega 2560? Ardupilot or Pixhawk? and which one gives more abilities and easier to work? Please explain more

      • Ardupilot is the project, which contains ArduPlane, ArcuCopter etc..

It can run on a variety of different hardware, APM2 (closest to Atmega 2560) Pixhawk (much more CPU and Flash) , or Linux computers.
