I am looking for a PID tuning guide for my quadcopter which has wheelbase of 700mm. Is there any possibliity that I can tune it like solo so that anyone can fly it. 

Please suggest best tutorial for tuning Pixhawk or APM these are best boards but tuning them is difficult task.

if anything, bigger(heavier) multirotors behave at least as nice as smaller, more agile ones, and there is no reason to think of it as difficult, if you are new at this, just use autotune.
