Has anyone been able to configure a Pixhawk to work with a lightbridge HD link?
I'm able to get the Lightbridge control signals to the pixhawk but I've yet to figure out how to set the FailSafe. When I turn off the RC controller, the lightbridge air module continues to output the same S.Bus channel signal levels.
From talking to others I've found out that Lightbridge outputs the fail-safe "flag" in the header or footer (I'm not sure which) of the S.Bus signal (not the normal PPM channels like the pixhawk is expecting). Can anyone confirm this is true and if so, how can I map the DJI Lightbridge failsafe signal to the Pixhawk's failsafe.
Thanks!

Have you tried Solo with SoloLink? Now 2,500ft with HD video
+1 for the standalone module.
But it seems 3dr`s investors are not that keen on diy products so we have to wait until there is finally a working raspberry pi style implementation.
Hello,
I'm worried about the direction of 3DR. It seems than they forget and let the DIY.
All the new features are implemented in the Solo first not into the open source code.
The growing up of 3DR is a good thing for the community and bring a lot of new brains who have very good ideas. But if 3DR stop to improve, maintain and support all these people the community will be split and it's never a good point for open source project.
What do you think about that?
well, unless I miss something, some other stuff is closed, Solo is open source.

however, the neat hardware that run it, video transmission and other goodies, are not available as hardware for purchase ...
Good point,
Ok for the software but why 3DR don't propose a platform like before who is designed for all UAV, Solo included.
Like this:
Not like this:
And as we can see here: http://dev.3dr.com/advanced-licenses.html some part of code is property of 3DR.
Correct me, if false.
have you had a look at the work from Patrick Duffy? http://diydrones.com/profiles/blogs/part-2-how-to-build-a-high-defi...
I wish those things would be available as a standalone addon for operations where Solo is just far too small.
Absolutely +1 Andre.
Teradek Clip and similar is much better, with lower latency.
but of course I do understand that you would save some money, unfortunately I don't have a "lightbridge" to reverse engineer it.
