Because the values of the 3 channels does not change, it kept constant at a certain value.
And when i move my transmitter, the axis does not move accordingly, did i miss out anything?

You need more detail, pictures, config files etc. It's hard to help you if you aren't more specific with your questions. There are a lot of reasons why you might not be seeing any results. Try giving us some more information and I bet you won't need to "bumps" anymore. Which by the way is generally frowned upon :(
