I have a little giro stabilized quad and fly very good in outdoor.
And I have a hexa with Pixhawk and cannot fly.
Micro quad take off easy and fly very stable
Hexa cannot take off or I have luck for take off but instable in air I need to heavy use tx to hold in a position.
My friend has same hexa with naza and his hexa fly like my micro quad.
What I doing wrong? Why not working my pixhawk?
Sorry my weak english.

I believe this is why you are supposed to read and follow the Arducopter manual. Which explains how to properly install, configure, and tune it. It is quite obvious you have no done that. Your Pixhawk will work fine if you actually read and follow the directions.
I found following Pixhawk websites:
http://3drobotics.com/pixhawk/
http://pixhawk.org/
http://www.diydrones.com/
Because I have Pixhawk thats why ardupilot and arducopter not ok for me(this sites for Arduino based boards).
I will sell my Pixhawk and buy a Naza V2 because I cant get help for Pixhawk setup. Pixhawk not user friendly.
Sorry
Have you posted in the actual support forums?http://ardupilot.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=3&sid=91532c740a02e4...
I dont post because I do not have IRIS. I have DJI F550.
You still have a Pixhawk and you can find help for that in the correct forums. have a look about and you will see.
Other problem I dont find the auto mode same as in naza because auto mode means mission start.
In naza I move throttle stick center and hexa hover. My hexa fight with air and I fight with transmitter to hold hexa in air.
Check the wiki manual for instructions on doing an auto trim. This is not auto tune which is different.
Good luck and fly safe.
Richard
I tried to setup autotrim but I cannot find :"Hold throttle down and rudder right for 15seconds or until you see the small red, blue and yellow leds flash in a cyclic pattern." red, blue, yellow leds. I have only a one big led and blinking green.
What firmware version?
If it's the new beta firmware there are quire a few known bugs.
