In the latest MP my skywalker is moving in pitch, roll and a bit yaw, it´s no alot but it´s like shaking even if the plane is static. I belive that its serious because when I pass to Stabilize or auto, the apm is still moving the surfaces to correct this shaking. I level my plane in terminal / setup/l evel but nothing. Anyone can help?

If I remember correctly, this has happened to me a couple of times in the past after an upgrade to the firmware, especially when I tried to re-use the parameters that I saved from the previous firmware version.
I believe that doing the accelerometer calibration cleared this up.
I suggest that you perform an 'erase' in the CLI before doing the calibration.
Save your parameters but keep them for reference only.
I have had great troubles trying to do reliable accelerometer calibration with APM installed in my Skywalker, easy star, Zephyr or 3DR quad so I usually remove it from the aircraft, then once it is re-installed I do the level calibration.
