Your post is too vague. Request you post more description and include firmware you are using, GPS type, any modifications you made, and logs would be helpful.
Has you copter been on the shelf for some time? If so, you may need to take outside and let it sit in open area and allow GPS time to recollect all the satellites and update it's data internal to GPS unit.
Forgot to post that it was a loose cable... Sorry about the post. I was very tired!
