    I think it may not be possible to completely disable the voltage cut-off but you can set it to "low".  The 3dr ESCs run the same firmware as most of the other ESCs sold by Turnigy, Hobbywing, etc so if you find instructions for them on the internet they should work for the 3dr ESCs as well.  Even the Tunigy ESC programming card works.
