I have these arms on my quad Arms. Historically i used to mount the motor directly to the frame but i know realize that the screws over time and tightening protruded into the coils of the motor and severly damaged them. Now i want to use the proper mount that comes with the motor ( The cross shown above)
I think these will screw to the arm and then let me screw the cross of the motor directly to the new mount.
Will these work do you think as they dont appear to have dimensions.

I personally wouldn't use either option. If these eBay arms are similar to those that look the same as sold by Hobby King and RCTimer they are not very stiff and you don't want to magnify any movement. Use shorter screws and loctite and screw the motor to the frame. If you have found that the screw heads pull through the plastic arm, use longer screws and put a steel washer under each screw head (see Alex's comment).
did you try thin washers between the motor and the frame?
