on my new 5000 mah 3s battery attached is the voltage vs throttle.
On the log attached and associated screenshot all i did was lift the quad to about a metre high and enable loiter. I have a gopro and fat shark fpv on board
is this voltage drop normal -?

Your voltage at the start was only 12.0something which indicates a partially or nearly fully discharged battery.
Fully charged no load voltage should be 12.6 for a 3S.
You have also not included the current in the graph, which would indicate a lot more than just voltage against throttle.
What is the 'C' rating of the battery?
Could you do the test again after doing a full charge and balance of the battery and post the graph of voltage against current?
