Pixhawk + S800 frame 6 cell

Hi Guys I have a 3DR Pixhawk and i want to install into my DJI S800 frame, the first thing is i need a power module that supports 6 cell i found this one.http://www.ebay.com/itm/301131264504?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

 can someone tell me if this is compatable ? has anyone seen any info on this combo or a similar build?

i did see the atto pilot board from sparkfun but i wanted something already soldered.

    I used exactly that module you would like to buy. I works fine on my T960 and a friend uses it also on 6S. But I also made the power supply for the Pixhawk redundant with an 5V BEC.

    Hello,

    I would suggest this power module that way you have some room if you want to go up to 10s.

    Just make sure you check that they soldered the connector on the right way.
