Rules/restrictions for designing add-on products/accessories for the Solo?

Hello,

I am very excited about Solo and it's future and want to develop what I believe will be some exciting add-on products/accessories to the Solo platform. 

Can anyone direct me to any guidelines, rules, clearances needed and or restrictions (legal or otherwise) I should be made aware of prior to my investment into R&D, prototyping and ultimately product development and marketing to the community? 

Also, anyone know if there are any detailed build/parts schematics for Solo avail for developers anywhere?

    I've been waiting for an email with CAD files to build a parachute... Jon/Spec Sheet

      Does 3DR say they will provide CAD files to us?

      I was not promised anything. I was just hoping to get the specs for the bottom and help build a parachute system.
