UgCS Mapper and Windows 7

I have a Windows 7 laptop with UgCS Mapper installed. When I try to run Mapper, it looks like a Box (Dos or javaw box?) come up and goes away very quickly or I would include what's in it here. Also, in Task Manager, while watching the 'Processes view, a javaw process does try to start but then goes quickly away when trying to start UgCS Mapper. Is Mapper usable at the moment? If so, does it work with Windows 7? If both questions are affirmative, does it work with output from a Facade scan?

Thanks...

  • Hi Mike,

UgCS Mapper can not create vertical images from Facade scan output.

UgCS Mapper is Windows 7 compatible.

Your described problem with Mapper on Windows 7 might be related to graphic drivers, please ensure, that your graphic drivers are up to date, and hardware still has Windows 7 support with drivers update.

If driver update do not resolves your problem. Please, provide UgCS logs from C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\UGCS\logs, together with detailed hardware setup to UgCS support, we will try to help.

    Best regards,
