    Hi Eben,

    You should be able to back up all your telemetry data by copying this directory:

    C:\Users\~YOUR WINDOWS USERNAME~\AppData\Local\UGCS\db\sqlite

    Note: this type of backup will work only within the exact same UgCS versions. And I think that since UgCS 2.10 telemetry is saved within separate files within that directory so you can back up the other files within that directory (not the storage.db).
