When I try to connect via USB, it hangs on "got param ...". No errors, just sits there. Orange light blinks slower on the APM. CLI factory reset works, firmware update works, but can't connect.
Is there anything (barring motor thrust axes being misaligned) that would cause an opposing pair of motors to overheat? I'm guessing my quad is fighting yaw because of opposing pair part. Navigation looks fine so I don't think its a gyro or compass

I've been flying a copter with a mix of new and old batteries and I've seen this several times. It looks like the copter loses partial power to one or more motors, almost immediately after takeoff. I'm wondering if the batteries have been improperl
