How to configure APM for T-tail plane having no Aelirons..

APM is made up for conventional Planes, Also it can be used for V-tail and Elevons. But if i have T-tail without the aelirons Does APM would be able to stabilize my plane and how ??.. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks..
