Does Autotune work for trad-heli's? need PID's for Trex 450

I'm doing a Trex 450 build log at my site kiloOhm.com, I'm at the point to where I need some good PID's but have heard that Autotune doesn't work for trad-heli's.

Whats the max amount of waypoints for APM and Pixhawk?

I understand that after 100 to 120 waypoints in APM it will corrupt the EEPROM, does Pixhawk have this limit?

Mission Planner error driving me nuts. "Input string not correct format"

This just started when I click on WRITE Waypoints to the APM. Nothing gets written.Thankfully I can still use Droidplanner for mission planning.Any help?Screenshot attached
