Just getting into planes now for photogrammetry with an original interest in precision farming, we have recently attracted the interest of a construction group while flying over their new road.

"Just checked mission plans etc in text mode and grabbed the mission out of the pixhawk using apmplanner (which is quite clear about abs vs rel in the 'on board' waypoints section)

"If I read this right, I (or autoWP) can set waypoints down low on either side of a hill and arduplane _should_ miss the hill. Is that correct? If so, how do you specify by how much to miss the top of the hill (for trees / errors)?"
