About Me:

Currently, I am working as Chief Scientist at the start-up company DFRC AG. Before I was employed as a researcher and lecturer at the University of Bern (Switzerland). I'm holding a PhD degree in Computer Science of the University of Bern (thesis title = "Development, Testing, Deployment and Maintenance of Wireless Mesh Networks". My research interests are Quality of Service, Wireless Mesh Networks, Wireless Sensor Networks, Multi-Path Routing, Automatic Network Deployment, Unmanned Aerial Vehicules (UAV). I'm a solution-driven and creative researcher with experiences in different fields, ranging from protocol and software development, deployment of outdoor networks, network administration and research, project acquisition up to project and team management.
