I am close to getting a Y6 with GoPro and T-2D gimbal in the air, and I'm hoping to eventually get some great footage of friends on mountain bikes. To that end, I have some questions for videographers.
I've got one motor on my 3DR Y6 that won't spin during a motor test, or when the drone is armed and MOT_SPIN_ARMED is set to "Slow". All other motors respond to the test and the arming just fine.

A couple days ago, my 3DR Y6 suffered a failure mid-flight. I maintained altitude and some control for a few seconds, then, with the throttle at 100% is began losing altitude until it crashed pretty spectacularly into a tree and fell from about 20m.
I'm waiting for my Turnigy 9x to arrive to control my new 3DR Y6 kit with APM 2.6, and I'm looking for ways to make sure I'm ready once it gets here. However, I haven't been able to test the motors yet.
Quick question: if I can connect two identical and balanced batteries to my Y6 in parallel using an XT60 Y-connector, could I connect four identical and balanced batteries in parallel using 3 Y-connectors?
