Like I said, the wheels have been set at the exact cg of the whole plane... thats if your plane is perfectly balanced for flight which I consider more important. Now what this means is that when the plane is sat on the ground the landing wheels act as a pivot so the plane tends to tip over backwards. The tail wire keeps this in check but is not supposed to be so.
For all three wheels to have good ground contact at rest or during taxing, the balance has to be shifted to the front. I belive that is why you may have heard some people say that the plane is nose heavy. This solution has an adverse effect during flight and so its not desireable.
I found the plane hard to balance on the ground as the nose wheel kept skipping off the runway so this mod rectified that. I just moved the landing wheels about two inches back and she was fine... balanced on the ground, balanced in the air!

any ideas why the default landing wheels config didn´t work? i will be working on the airframe as soon as it arrives
