It´s made of titanium and aluminium (where the temperature allows it). The nozzles rotates smoothly and got 2 each round guide vanes inside per nozzle from a 0,1mm titanium sheets. The center of weight is not in the middle! The front nozzles provides 20% more power than the aft do! (it took a while to figure out that)
