  hi,
  normaly you can get it as it ready to fly but it was to expansive for me so i asked the guys if i could just buy the carbon kit and do the left over by myself...

  and yes it is a power kite (3m²) heavily modify (wiring), but i guess for a more stable platform it would be best to make one that has a a better characteristic

  Where did you get the canopy, I've done allot of Kite buggying and wondered was it a traction kite.

  not sure about the HP but it is a 21cc lawnmower engine with a 16x6 3 blades prop

  Nice looking setup. What power is it and what size is the prop and canopy?
