It's a modified Kline-Fogleman airfoil (KFm3). There is some good information about it in a thread at RC Groups.
The idea behind the concept is to have one or more steps in the wing's profile that should enhance some of the flight characteristics. Fact in the case of my flying wing is, that it is very easy to fly, has good stall characteristics and is very easy to build. This is the UAV Flying Win blog post.
