AUAV is proud to announce our latest high quality PixHawk derivative - The XRacer V1. This project was developed in cooperation with Lorenz Meier, David Sidrane, Leonard Hall and many others. This board combines the latest IMU offerings from InvenSense and a large number of capabilities in a micro 36mmx36mm form factor.

  • @Felix, I'm flying octas quite heavily these days, hence my issues with the CAN bus, however I was not aware that it had PM out. Thanks for the info.
  • @mamoon, there are 6 server/esc pwm outputs broken out already. So no need to jump to CAN. How many motors do you want to drive with a min/micro oriented FC?

  • I really REALLY like the look of this board but a seriously prohibiting factor is going to be the premium of CAN integration on the ESC side of things. Even if the board was reasonably priced, I can't see myself spending north of $200 on speed controls alone. But I really do love the concept. Keep up the good work guys.

  • I'm throwing money at my screen but it is not working. I'm moving in to 150 size frames more and more so this is useful.

  • I must say racing on AC3.3 is fun :) I currently run this board in a zmr250 frame with 2204 2300kv 6" props and 4s lipo. Even though alt hold suffers from the known issue - alt drop with fast forward flight, at moderate speeds ~40km/h it handles very good. still in a process of tuning as time is at premium right now and the board is so new and without much documentation, so a lot of stuff I had to spend time figuring out myself. Still for  racing I mostly fly in stab and acro, but I loooved the look on the face of my buddies when the first time after the race I took off my googles and simply triggered RTL :)
