Another cool Kickstarter project. It looks like it works well on the ground, the video doesn't show very much of the flight performance. It does appear to be quite robust at least. Thanks to Ramon for pointing this project out.

I've had this idea for so long now, couldn't resist, had to get me one.
Ghost recon Future soldier comes to mind... Looks very interesting. As more details become available, I might grab one.
It's a lot of money for something I have to fly myself... it really needs to fly itself ;-) Now if we can get a 1:1 to person size I am all for it!
He made it look cool, that's step one! The fact that it actually works is a bonus.
My bad, Just found the full Bio on B's Kickstarted site. Should have looked better.
"My name is Witold Mielniczek.I graduated in Economics and later received a First Class Honours in Product Design and Robotics.
In 2010 I achieved 6th place (2nd in UK ranking) in the prestigious EUROBOT competition with a budget of only 300£ compared to the 60.000£ of the winning team. Two years later, as a vital part of team HALO, I won the UAV Forge contest organised by the DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency of the United States Department of Defense) out of over 150 teams from 140 countries.
Currently I am doing a PhD in the Computational Engineering and Design Group at the University of Southampton, UK."
Money will be where mouth was soon.
Who is B (name & company in UK)? I suggest if you tell who you, you are more likely to gain trust so people will pay up. That is the only thing holding me back right now...
From your Kickstarter web site: 450 UK Pounds, "You will be the first to receive FULLY ASSEMBLED B READY TO PLAY, INCLUDING HIGH-END RC TRANSMITTER. The package contains B equipped with: 4 propellers with saver rings, 4 Wheels, 5 high quality Bushless Motors, 11.1 V 2200 mAh Battery, Flight Control, 5 Speed Controllers, Camera + 32GB SD Card, Spectrum DX6i 6 Channel Transmiter, Estimated delivery: Dec 2013"
Very nice design. Looks like simple RC control, but flight looks like gyro stabilized (at least) and hopefully it will be easy to adapt to autonomy, i.e. compatible with APM / Arducopter platform. At about 450 British pounds (~$750) this seems like a good deal. What is the flight controller/car navigator? What is weight? What is flight time?
Good luck with Kickstarter. Maybe in the next 39 days I'll kick into it too, if I knew who I was kicking into.

That's pretty awesome! Can you imagine the reaction from someone watching you drive your little car around, then all of the sudden it takes off!
