Just came across this Pixhawk clone, so thought I would share.

Ready to Fly Quads is a reputable distributor, and I have made a few purchases from them already. They already have a clone of the APM2.x, that has been somewhat successful. Will this new clone be just as good. for under $100USD, might be work a try.

John Denning:
Except, and that’s the crux, that I do have a right to ask that it adheres to the GPL license it’s released under, and respect the general community rules it has evolved in.
...
And if it comes with a closed binary loader with no source blocking a specific board, I think it’s a problem

Im must be missing something. It has already been covered that the check is in MP and in fact others have forked and removed this.
I think you have been unfair and criticized Michael for something that has not happened.
Based on the reply from Jani, it seems that there are other non-3RD boards supported in the current and future ArduPilot Project (i.e. Arduplane, Arducopter and ArduRover).
The supported boards are:
1. 3DR - Pixhawk and APM 2.6
2. JDrones - "ArduPilot Mega IMU board, Rev-H, with connectors"
3.
4.
Non supported boards.
1. RTFHawk
2.
3.
I like to know more what are other boards - "supported and non supported boards" in the current ArduPilot project, so we can decide which one to buy. I like to more especially non supported boards for the current 3.1.3 and future
development. I think everybody should be awared, if the board is supported or not.
Please for non supported boards sellers and hackers, please post the hack software, patches, github repo, etc. URL, so users / buyers will know.
Support
Thanks Kevin.
@Paul,
I think the best thing to add to your website would be this part of Tridge's wonderful response to your insulting podcast. This is probably the most important thing for your customers to consider.
@Jani,
sorry getting confused now, you saying you manufacture pixhawk/APM2.6 etc. under the jDrones brand?
thanks
Hey Paul,
I am not 3DR but I am original designer and manufacturer of ArduCopter, also me and j.julio wrote first 2 architectures for ArduCopter platform. And yes I do manufacture our own electronics under jDrones brand.
You say you want to support in anyway you can. I have an easy solution for you as you don't participate in anyway to software/hardware development with your contributions.
I can give my paypal account and I am sure that 3DR is happy to give that too and then you can contribute money to development costs. Currently our yearly development expenses are around 300.000 - 400.000 USD for hardwares. How about if you pay let's say 5% of your profits to the development pool? Do you think that it's fair?
Jani / jDrones
And Paul since you have linked back to this blog on your website, I will post a link to Tridge's letter to you here
http://diydrones.com/profiles/blogs/an-open-letter-to-paul-from-wit...
so that all of your customers can read that you are banned from the ardupilot project.
Thanks John.
Paul, I'm glad to see people are trying to teach you about open source. You also need to publish the source files for your RTFHawk boards and every other open source hardware board that you are selling.
Paul,
On your website you need to appropriatetly mention that the code is under GPL license, and link back to its source on github. Looks like the code is a recompile of mission planner with former px4 loader, if so you should state that and indicate which one, if not you need to provide patches or links to source code modification.
I am very sorry to offend anyone . I want to support the project in anyway I can.
Mission planner 1.3.1 build 1.1.5229.30673 for the RTFhawk just posted to the website
