It's got some nuggets of information about the heavily guarded balance sheet. Jordi makes $5000/month & the revenue for March 2011 was $164,000. Still nothing on how much the revenue costs. If you've never seen this story before, the destiny for a business like 3D Robotics is usually a buyout, for a large sum, by Horizon Hobby or 1 of the giant Chinese hobby brands.
But building & selling a business takes a mindset to handle spending 50 hours/week on something that's not always the highest technology, investing your own time on what other people want & not always what you want, making a lot less than you could as a janitor, & not having a guarantee of a buyout. Not a lot of people have the stomach for it, even though the payoff can be huge.
