What can I say about myself ?!? I'm 61, recently retired and I just LOVE this new UAV thing. I just might plan on making a small business ut of this (if all goes well).
Please tell us a bit about your UAV interest
I started less than a year ago, by purchasing a DJI Phantom (1), and dressed it all up, so much that it had no more room inside its shell (not hard!). Then migrated all the equipment to a DJI Flame Wheel F450. Not much of luck there either! It barely could elevate 5 feet in the air, so it was heavy!! Well, I can't blame this on the F450. With a Zenmuse H3-2D, GoPro Camera, two Video Transmitters (one for the Video Link, the other one for the Fat Shark Camera on 2 Servos), Ground Station Data Link, Can Hub, and a few 3S LiPO batteries, no wonder!! I am now re-migrating / rebuilding all this into the next step up the scale, a Flame Wheel F550, always from DJI. It should lift this time! Hehehe! I plan on finishing this before long, and I came to your site after reading a bit on the inventor of AeroSIM RC, Manuel Guillén.

This picture was taken with my DJI Phantom 1 on October 13rd on 2013. It was taken at an altitude of 1500 feet and, as you can see, the weather was very nice, allowing super clear picture.This area is in Terrebonne, in Québec, Canada.
