Does anyone know of a good youtube video that explains how to bind an X8r to a taranis and connect to an APM 2.6 via Cppm.
What i have tried is binding the X8r in D16 mode and jumpering channel signals 2 and 3 on the apm but it doesnt work.
maybe i have to bind the taranis to the x8r in D8 mode by jumpering channels 7 and 8 on the X8r and also jumper the APM on channels 2 and 3.
has anyone done this or how do you gewt the x8r/taranis/APM 2.6 to play over CPPM

It works fine for me. Ch1-8 on CPPM for the APM and ch9-16 on the X8R PWM pins for whatever else you want to install.

No, the X8R is an s-bus/PWM Rx. No CPPM sorry! S-bus is better than CPPM anyway and works a treat with APM.
