Abe replied to emile 'butch' alline's discussion Mapping APM 2.5/6 output pins to arduino mega 2560 pins in ArduRover User Group
"Do you think this would apply to all arduino boards with the same number of pins?
I'm waiting for my Uno to arrive to do what you're doing."

Abe replied to Abe's discussion What are you doing with your Rover? in ArduRover User Group
"I've had a thought for awhile now, and it would definitely have its own challenges. But I'm curious to see what it would take to drive one of these rovers (autonomously) across Canada. Coast to Coast. I have some ideas to make this happen, but I…"

Abe replied to Abe's discussion What are you doing with your Rover? in ArduRover User Group
"@Chris,
Thats great! I would definitely think that driving brings on less challenges than flying, especially when linking a network of these bad boys together.
I always wondered what practical applications swarming devices can actually be applied…"

"@Thomas,
I can definitely see myself building a Rover specifically for this purpose in a year from now.

Seems like a good enough challenge to keep me in the game if you know what I mean. :)

Abe replied to Abe's discussion I'm new. don't bite. in ArduRover User Group
"Honestly. That's what I thought would eventually happen, using the code as is. But I do want to understand the code more so to ensure I know how it handles inputs/outputs. As well as using whatever sensor I choose to use as well.

Now I'm even more…"

"Hi Tom,
I apologize for the typo, I was writing the message in haste on my tablet...

"Hi Antonie,
I'll get cracking on that for sure. I have lots of questions after reading the code, so I'm positive the document will answer a lot of them.

as for the arduino board, I figured for $10, its a good start for hardware. when the time…"
