Loading Firmware

I have loaded the V2.9.1 Arducopter firmware but I get the following message:

Hexacopter motors go to full speed arbitrarily

Has anyone had a situation where their Ardrupilot based Quad/Hexacopter would be flying normally and then arbitrarily the motors go to full speed?
