Could anybody inform as to whether the stock parameter settings (3.3.1) for telemetry ports Sr0 ans Sr1 will enable telemetry output to the 3Dr radio and OSD? ....or do the same settings apply as for the APM that are described in the APM wiki.
I wonder if anyone can explain why my quad should exhibit serious frame oscillations before take off revs with a 4S battery, but flies perfectly with a 3S.

I have set up my RSSI output pin to 1 in Mission Planner and set the Minim to raw RSSI signal.
There is a reading but it isn't constant. It 'scrolls' from a maximum of about 135 through to a minimum of 3. and switching off the Tx has little effect. An
