WHAT IS A BROWN OUT?

So I think my octocopter had a brown out, but the question here is if I did have a brownout is it the autopilot or the power module? And how do I have out in the log files?

Gas Powered!

New Iris Wont connect.

So I just received an Iris! but when I power up the controller and the iris the Controller does not connect to the iris? how do you re bind it to the controller. I think the TX and RX are flysky.

It's not Arming

I just updated to the update 3.1 for the Ardupilot and I have done the calibations and I still can't arm the system it will not arm through mission planner and it will not arm through controller. I am at a lost here and don't know what to do.

Please Help APM is killing me!
