Pros use a PCB cutter if the board made right with the right Solder you dont get problems.
Pros also use a Real Stencil Printing Machine.

The machine is a QUAD 4c with laser align. The machine is for business.
The machine spec for the machine says is will place components down to 0201 but i have not tried this 0603 is small enough.

 Getting the hang of this machine now. This is a services i can offer to anyone on diydrones i am based in the uk. Its not worth doing 1 Board but 10 is a good start.

I have 2.4ghz Xbee and they work ok but i have 868 xbee pro and i am just geting full stops comming back.

"If i have this right the Bootlaoder is only for boot loading the 8U2 ie to load the usb/serial and PPM code.
 
The code that need combining is the usb to serial and the PPM Code.
