They edited description, it likely doesn't have AV out to connect to transmitter, just for playback. Here is the official info:

This camera is an uncased version of Redleaf RD32 camera, already sold on the Internet as action/waterproof camera, check my review on rcgroups.
What is that next to the lens?
Isn't it a small vibrator motor similar to one shown below?
It says: Support AV out
But, this could mean an "after-flight-av-out-playback". I just ordered the thing and will report if it arrives in Germany.
