    Availalbe on site now for US$ 37.97 here http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=1657.... They are advertising it with the 2.15 meter parafoil that poster above linked to as combo item.

    Is there anybody here in DIYDrone community who made a UAV with HobbyKing's 2.15m parafoil or made it fly in remote control?

    I want to build a RC paramotor using this HobbyKing's 2.15m parafoil and I wonder if someone can advise me

    • which motor, ESC, properller, battery I should use 
    • how to adjust the parafoil to make the platform stable
    • how much weight it can carry
    • how long it can fly
    • is there any public algorithm/formulation to model its flight for simulation and for autopilot

    I think you could actually build one of these out of an erector set. I couldn't figure out what this reminded me of until I remembered building something like this that could drive around with a prop and electric motor.
