Cruise speed
Hi,I want to adjust cruise speed.At default settings I have a ground speed of about 42km/h (without airspeed sensor), and I think the optimal speed should be lower. In the mission planner I have value "Cruise speed", default 12m/s. I updated it to 9.5, but don't see any change in actual cruise speed.How to set cruise speed?Are these different settings with RTL speed? I don't have experience with that specific TX, but you need to get control surfaces to work properly in manual mode first. This is so you can always safely take over. Once you get that working, it is a matter of configuring APM for elevons (assuming you want your ZII to use elevons).
Does anyone know when camera stabilization will be built into Arduplane?

I would like to know some of the problems I would face using a NITRO engine instead of Electric. I have nothing but nitro except a quadcopter.
@Chris Anderson
I just went thru my copter and original notes I was working on and my impressions, it was my confusion but I assumed that the tech support or the group that does the support for the copter is DIYDRONES.
This is not entirely correct. But I should have been informed by the store, they kept sending me to here.
I went over all the parts, and branding is a hodge-podge of sub-brands.
I think for a newcomer it is quite easy to get confused thinking that the DIYDRONES is the support blog for their purchases.
The stores are silent, so they ride this wave.

Awesome, thanks Chris. To my mind, that's all that matters. the rest is just detail ;)
Jim: the hardware is 100% open source. The Eagle files are in the product listings. But by "3DR creates the hardware", I mean "manufactures".
@Robert
Thank you I emailed you already, will talk off-line.
@Dara, I sent you a note, please accept my friend request and we'll discuss further. I may have a solution to your problems that you'll find better than UofT students. ;) I'm curious to fully understand your situation.
