  Ok. So you must have a external compass. To mount the flight board on any side you can change AHRS_ORIENTATION parameter.

  I'd like to mount my flight control board sideways and have my uBlox facing forwards. How do I achieve this please?

  You don't have to switch, with default config I'm connecting radio to UART0 and it works fine.

  Yes, you can use the side UART0 pins for telemetry or OSD. I do that and it works great.

  Hi, 

  Got a question on the APM 2.5. I would like to use the UART0 pins on the side of the board to connect the 3DR radio. I'm making a PCB to plug the entire board, Rx, OSD and Vtx into to eliminate most of the rats nest in the plane and I would like to not use the stock wire and plug for the radio. Can the radio be switched to the pins on the side?  Thanks

  hye there!just to be sure. is it normal when the board connected by usb the, the alive will light.and when connected the C and A will blink.am i right?and one thing if let say i upload the arduplane firmware,can i also upload arducopter firmware to the board?or i need to remove it the arduplane.if yes, how to remove it?
